Welcome to

Kajža 1920 is a restored 1920 house made of stone and wood at the edge of the Julian Alps.
It’s family-run, private, and intentionally simple. A place to step away, slow down and reset.
Whether you’re coming for a couple of days or a longer break, the pace here is different. It’s a village, and it feels like one.

The house is divided into a few distinct spaces, each with its own layout and feel.
It holds onto the feeling of an older home, warm, familiar and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
The Loft
The main living area of The Loft is opening out toward the Soča valley. The large south-facing window brings in light and views all the way toward Tolmin.
The bedroom is more tucked away, facing the forest, with a quieter and more enclosed feel.
